Travel Security course for students of ‘Emergency and Risk Management’

On Thursday the 12th of October, Frederik Østerby from Guardian held a Travel Security course for +60 students of ‘Emergency and Risk Management’ at Metropolitan University College in Copenhagen. The students were introduced to different tools of ‘best-practice’ travel security awareness in order to mitigate their own risk when travelling, especially to medium or high-risk destinations. The course covered both the process before departure, the do’s and don’ts during the trip and how to respond in case of critical events such as robbery, kidnapping and active shooting.
